Each day, our team will send new listing alerts straight to your email inbox for properties that match the exact search criteria that you've specified. We're constantly monitoring the Ottawa market for homes that may be a good match for you and your family.
Showings / Tours
As you begin to browse properties that match your search, it's important to get out on showings (preferably in person) so that you can truly get a feel for what's available. This gives you an opportunity to meet with Curtis and be able to closely compare homes in your specific price point to determine if any would be a suitable fit for you and your family. Showings are available at no cost to you and are completely FREE as part of our buyer services. It's the best way to see homes you're interested in and build trust with your agent. We're deeply committed to helping you find the perfect home, however long the process may take.
Writing an offer
There will come a time during the home search process when you'll fall in love with a particular property. Once this happens, we'll have a serious discussion to decide whether you'd like to submit an offer. If you choose to write, all of the legwork will be done for you including the writing of the offer itself, specific conditions to include in the deal as well as the handling of the negotiation process. At this stage, our number one priority is to always represent your best interests as the buyer. Throughout this process, we'll constantly be in touch to explain the proposed agreement, provide updates, request signatures on key documents and to offer support.
Closing the deal
Once an offer is accepted, our job is just getting started. If you need to sell your existing home or condo in advance of the move, we're able to work extremely quickly to get you listed. Our team handles all of the necessary paperwork in the lead up to closing day and if there are any conditions that need to be met, we'll work to ensure these are completed as quickly as possible. We'll also assist you with the deposit process and any other important items that need to be taken care of. We have close working relationships with experienced home inspectors and lawyers if you are in need of these services as well.
