Curtis Sernoskie - Team Leader

Curtis Sernoskie is a licensed real estate professional with Royal LePage Team Realty and the team leader at SERNO Realty. Prior to joining RLP, he sold over a house a week for three years in a row on his way to becoming a top producing agent at his brokerage for one of North America’s most globally recognized real estate brands. His passion for the industry and unwavering commitment to achieving results is driven by the strength of the relationships that he forms with his clients, partnered with a service-oriented attitude. Curtis provides a plan of action and creative strategy uniquely suitable for every client’s needs.

With almost a decade of experience in the real estate industry, Curtis has learned many different facets of the business. In 2017, he was one of only 3 Canadians recognized with Coldwell Banker’s Global 30 Under 30 Award, being selected from the network’s 88,000 independent real estate professionals for his success in sales, philanthropy and leadership. Curtis also previously worked as a real estate coach & consultant where he designed and pioneered his own program to help other real estate agents and teams across North America build their businesses. Born and raised in the west end of Ottawa with close family ties to the Ottawa Valley, Curtis grew up playing various sports. He played junior hockey locally and attended Assumption College in New England on scholarship, playing on the NCAA men’s team. In his spare time, Curtis enjoys watching & playing sports, as well as spending time at the lake with family, friends and his dog Copper.

John Hazel - Ops. Manager & Licensed Sales Representative

John Hazel is a licensed real estate professional with Royal LePage Team Realty. He also serves as Operations Manager at SERNO Realty, where he is responsible for the team's marketing, back end systems, administrative duties and client communications. John has worked alongside Curtis in the industry for nearly 5 years which also included time as a marketing director for a real estate consulting firm.  He grew up in Southwest Ottawa (Barrhaven) and holds a B. Comm degree from Carleton University with a specialization in marketing. With a passion for helping clients, John is patient, understanding and committed to guiding buyers and sellers at every step in their real estate journey. He believes that both openness and honesty is paramount in building the trust that clients deserve when navigating the biggest financial transaction of their lives.
